Directions for use: Apply to the entire body, preferably after a bath or shower, while the skin is warm and supple, or for massage as needed. Protect from the sun and frost. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Warning: Test a small amount of balm on the inside of your forearm. Do not use if you notice any adverse reactions.
