Directions for use: Apply to the entire body, preferably after a bath or shower, while the skin is warm and supple, or for massage as needed. Excellent for cracked hands and feet. Protect from the sun and frost. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Warning: Test a small amount of oil on the inside of your forearm. Do not use if you experience any adverse reactions.
